SunRui GasLink® AFSS - Ammonia
Ammonia (NH₃) is recognized as one of the "zero-carbon" emission fuels due to its non-production of carbon dioxide during combustion, and it is regarded as one of the most promising marine fuels for the green and low-carbon transformation of the shipping industry. Ammonia fuel offers advantages such as low cost, easy availability, easy storage, low pollution, high calorific value, high octane number, relatively safe operation, and compatibility with other fuels. SunRui's developed ammonia fuel supply system consists of bunkering units, ammonia fuel storage units, heat exchangers and supply units, reliquefaction units, ammonia treatment units, CMS, etc., applicable to MAN-ES and WinGD two-stroke marine ammonia fuel low-speed engines.
- The system is safe and reliable, with LR conducting comprehensive risk assessments on system bunkering, storage, ammonia treatment, ventilation, and layout to effectively eliminate potential safety hazards
- Diverse technical solutions provide optimal fuel supply solutions, pressure stabilization technologies, BOG (boil-off gas) integrated management solutions, and engine exhaust treatment solutions tailored to customer needs
- Adopts fully automated electrical systems, redundant PLC, and redundant ring network technologies, with independent design of control and safety systems to enhance operational stability and ensure personnel safety
